Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 2 days for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions of Return

• Buyer can return or exchange the item

• Buyer must return the item within 2 days of delivery

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with Amalgam 3D) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

• Total timeframe for replacement/exchange is from 8–14 days

Items must be new, unused, with all tags and labels.

Return Process

Email customer service at Support@amalgam3d.in. Securely package and mail to:

Refunds

In case of any refunds approved by Amalgam 3D, it’ll take 7–9 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
